Requirements for candidates
KITCHEN STAFF. Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Line Cook must have proven expertise in South Asian (India, Pakistan) cuisines.
MANAGEMENT. The Restaurant & Marketing Manager must be capable of managing daily operations, supervising staff, and delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns. A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management is required for the Restaurant & Marketing Manager role; a Masters degree in any of these fields is strongly preferred and will be considered an advantage.
HACCP GUIDELINES. Kitchen staff and the Restaurant & Marketing Manager must have a working knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety protocols, as their roles involve implementing or overseeing hygiene standards and critical control points.
FRONT-OF-HOUSE STAFF. Waiter/Waitress must be at least 21 years of age, fluent in English and Estonian, and have practical knowledge of bar service, non-alcoholic drink preparation, and table service etiquette.
LEGAL RIGHT TO WORK. All applicants must have the legal right to work in Estonia or any EU country and must be willing to relocate to Tallinn if currently based elsewhere in Europe

Restaurant & Marketing Manager
Lead day-to-day operations and digital marketing for a premium South Asian restaurant. Oversee staff, service quality, compliance, and brand visibility. Execute campaigns, manage reviews, and uphold operational standards. Requires leadership in both hospitality and digital marketing.
Head Chef
Take full control of kitchen operations, ensuring authentic execution of Indian/Pakistani cuisine. Lead team performance, hygiene audits, costing, R&D, and recipe standardization. Drive innovation while upholding brand consistency and profitability.
Sous Chef
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Enforce kitchen discipline, consistency, and hygiene. Train junior staff, manage inventory, and maintain service flow. Ideal for senior cooks ready to lead in a structured environment.
Chef de Partie South Asian Breads & Tandoor
Expert in traditional breads like naan, kulcha, paratha, roti, pav, puri, and Kashmiri specialties. Operate tandoor, griddle, and tawa. Maintain authenticity, lead your station, and train others. 35 years hands-on experience required.
Line Cook
Prepare curries, starters, and other South Asian dishes with precision. Follow Head Chefs instructions, maintain hygiene, and support kitchen prep and service. Requires 2+ years experience in Indian/South Asian kitchens.
Waiter/Waitress
Deliver professional table service with warmth and accuracy. Must be fluent in Estonian and English, familiar with bar service, and confident handling dietary requests. 12 years of hospitality experience required. Must be 21+ due to alcohol service.
