If so, wed love to meet you!As a Payroll Accountant, you will be part of our accounting team at the Kuehne+Nagel IT Service Centre, supporting payroll and accounting processes for our employees. Youll work closely with colleagues across departments and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
How you create impact
- Maintain and update employee data in the Payroll Accounting Program
- Manage vacation schedules and working time accounting
- Calculate salaries, vacation, and sick leave payments
- Process payments to employees
- Handle travel advance requests and prepare payments
- Account for business trip reports and related expenses
- Prepare and submit statistical and other required reports
- Participate in accounting-related projects and assist employees with inquiries
What we would like you to bring
- Proven experience in payroll accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Estonian accounting and tax regulations
- Strong command of English and Estonian, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and other office software
- High level of accuracy, self-discipline, and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A degree in Accounting or Finance
