Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join us on our journey! 

Your day-to-day

• Design and produce a wide range of high-quality digital assets, including banners, social media graphics, emails, and presentations.
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate objectives into clear, creative design solutions that maintain brand consistency.
  
• Optimize all graphics and digital assets for web performance, responsiveness, and accessibility best practices, staying updated on design trends.
  
• Execute assigned tasks by learning and applying established tools, processes, and company guidelines under manager supervision.
  
• Actively participate in skill development programs, seek constructive feedback from peers and managers, and apply it to improve performance.
  
• Support ongoing projects by effectively problem-solving on defined tasks, with guidance from senior team members on more complex issues.
  

Your background and mindset

• At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Graphic Designer or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio of digital work.
  
• High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and generative AI tools like Firefly.
  
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Demonstrates excellent creative thinking, a keen attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects) is considered a significant plus
